was working fine till I decided to do updates,now all I get when I want to scan a vehicle is the vehicle program is not authorized,please obtain the authorization,updated pc suite to 6.13 and tried again,still no luck,any suggestions?

 does that add all the original software or is that saved on the unit?

 formatting it left me with an empty sd card,now I am doing updates which no where near take up the space that was used before

 I am confused,i bought an md802, when I registered it  my device shows up as an md701 so I only get updates for for the 701, I had like 80 programs on my card now after formatting and updating I have around 20
